I'm not crying, I just felt ripped off, I'm sure anyone would feel the same way..... or maybe I'm wrong. Not even sure I want it, would like to test it from all angles first if allowed?

The details of how you can be eligible for a special skin are listed in the main game rules.
Not only that, but you need to post your account name and level to be evaluated...
and include why you think you're eligible

Well, there are TONS of suggestions on the forum.
Only those that actually get added can be considered for rewarding.
Perhaps, you should do some research, then apply again if it turns out your ideas were added (and no one else came up with them first).

Go to the first page on the thread and scroll down a bit. There is a decision at the bottom of the requests, either 'eligible' or 'ineligible'.
Edit: lol just reread your message!
I guess you'll see it in-game!
