I have key from chest,but i cant open it,need low spell,i had but droped. Plecase help

The chest looks closed (full), but you have already emptied it. So, there is nothing in it any longer. You will have to find a different way to get the spell. You might consider using an alt to get it.

does a boss wolf still drop it on 0.0?

No, blitzcraig, boss wolf drops armor spell.
There are 2 ways:
1. Fish it.
2. Create low lvl alt and give him mushroom key.

Or wait for a non mage player to go there and buy the scroll from them
