Click on the smithy on the map with the underground devils.
Do it once a day every day. And someday you'll be lucky. Luck favors patient players.
I've heard that some players have already got the piece with success.

That's hard. Its like the mage house teleport. I remember h4t3rz took more than 20 times and me in two accounts just one. But she got the piece of ancient weapon first than me and I didn't take it yet
