Now, after a player reach lvl 1500 , he must contact a gm, then he must wait gm answer, gm must meet him and give him the right skin..

What if..

When a player reach 1500 lvl, he get 1 Item ( Special Skin ) , that when he use it he can change his skin to special one he choose ( like selecting a purchasable skin ) .

The item wont be tradeable of course. But maybe can keep it in bank, tavern or house. So the player will get that item every 500 lvls ( as I know) (1500, 2000, 2500, 3000 etc.)

About other rewards of special skin (not about the level) GMs maybe can give . Thoughts?

It is a tedious process now

Especially after a player has already posted in topic asking for skin and being deemed eligible only to wait at spawn for hours and when a GM finally shows up they tell the player they have to post on forums(Neon) when the player already has and then they just keep repeating that

Also after waiting and a GM logs at spawn and they say they are not doing skins at the moment
