I think it's better if seiges don't self heal. They are not like other animals (pets). They are like a structure rather than an animal. An animal can heal by giving rest. So i think if ur seige becomes yellow u should repair it say by stones and planks rather than just give it rest and self heal.
If towers don't self heal then why should seiges?

Still. The sieges being used in PvP is really kinda silly the way it works.
