Clean your phone cache and memory. Uninstall apps you don't use, delete pictures you don't need, move on an external memory any info you want to keep and is not needed in your phone.
If the game is on your phone internal memory, consider moving it on a memory card.
In short, give the game some more memory space.
When the app says "loading, wait", it is downloading new graphics. Give it space, and it will work fine
