What if you just give a account away FREE and you never use it again?

Its still a traded account even if its free. If you never play again im sure it wont bother you if/when the player gets caught. But it will hurt them even more when they lose big, so i wouldn't give it to a friend etc(im not suggesting you give it to anybody else ofc) . The more people that new "you" the more likely it is that somebody will notice its no longer you on the character, and that doesn't include the system methods of checking too.

I think there's a slightly different way of looking at the skins that may be helpful -

losing, or not receiving a special skin is not really a punishment, but rather just the lack of a reward. Special skins are/were given for special things - a single player reaching level 1500 used to be special for sure... but several players using the same account reaching 1500? That's not really special at all, and so that account wouldn't justify being rewarded as having done something special. Please note that I'm not trying to ignore the fact that it has always been against the rules or anything like that, but frankly, that can be looked at as a separate issue from "special" skins anyway imo

I also am not against the rules .. but we see well it thinks fair many will reach lvl 1500 and will win .. Now whoever arrives after the new rule will not win ....

Remembering support the new rule more at the same time and unfair with some players that will stay nights and nights up to be able to win one too

As long as you're the only person using the account, you're safe. The account can be played by you on different devices.
