Email pass reset

So I'm having a bit of a problem I tried to reset my pass useing my email i tried a few times and its not sending the link to my email. Before u ask I checked all the folders in my email and even tryed to search my email,and i know the email i entered is correct

try just 1 account instead of the email and see if that works (enter character name rather than email address)

it sounds like you've already covered some other basics like spam folder and stuff - good luck with it :/

It sent the email when i did just one acc.but with the # of acc i have linked to my email.it would take a long time to reset them one by one

Maybe if you have too many accounts linked to a single email account an error or something occurs and email can't send? I've never had the issue and I have a few emails with several accounts on each.

i have never been able to use email to reset pw or even to get a list of accounts using email.
(a shame since i forgot the names of many of my accounts during my break and son formatted my harddisk...., still know passwords but not accountnames lmao)
entering account works though

That is the reason I was resetting my email was for a list of my accs

There's a detail that many don't notice, described in FAQ.
The game is case sensitive on email, while the world is not.

This means that if your email address is email@provider.wte, in order to have someone writing you an email you can tell them it is Email@provider.Wte, or EMAIL@ProVider.wTe (and so on) and the mail will still work. Mail protocols are not case sensitive.

FT password recovery system, is.

Thus, if you did register Email@provider.wte, which is very probable, since many devices are set to auto-cap the first letter of a sentence, and if you then write email@provider.wte in the password recovery system window, the recovery will fail.

If you arecertain about your registered email address, I suggest you trying recovering the email by different caps combination.
If this fail, you might contact an admin about it
