I have again looked in vain for the current rules in the login screens.
current and up to date rules of the game should be easily accessible in my opinion. preferable under a button in logon screen or if that not possible through a link atthe top of of the help screen.
I dont think its right to put them in a forum, especially not if the top article there may or not be updated.
to me it is currently uncleat if selling items for levels is now allowed or not. levels can now be traded so it seems that it is allowed, why make them tradeble if not.

howeve the rule 5b seems to say it is not allowed. or whatever not being supported means.

the "HELP" button at login on app takes you to the Game Manual.
The very first thing in the game manual (getting started) explains some things a player should read to get started.
The very first link goes to the game rules....
I know it's not a direct button from the app, but it's not exactly hard to find

We've spoken before about an NPC at the start map being there to provide specific information (game rules via a hyperlink might be a good one). Perhaps this is a good opportunity to bring this up again?

loli think its kind a hidden.
i log on my phone and get a screen i cant read well because of its small characters and old eyes. so i zoom in and can just make out the orange content list.
no entry on game rules there.
only after your post i saw it. but its hidden inside the your character section which choices of geberal info abput characters, classes and pets dont sugggest a rules part.
it is also at the end of a line which means it falls of screen most ofvthe time when i soom in to read moreeasily.
my recommendation:make it a or the top entry in the content list.

I wonder if the quest mechanics could allow a link from a quest to bring up a link? If so, an NPC at spawn that says, "The rules are important. Would you like to read them?" would be able to send you to them, either on forum (they can be viewed by guests, so not having an account is irrelevant), or as its own section of the help file.
I also agree that the rules should be posted on help file, at the very top.
For that matter, new accounts could see a pop-up of rules question before that window telling you to visit the woodcutter. This would give new players NO EXCUSE to claim ignorance of having rules.
Opinions?
