If you don't own a house, then you need to find a friend. Also, all 4 mithril tools are available as awards from various quests

you mean make a hammer?
to craft it, you can craft in a clan building, or a personal house
it has little use except to build clan buildings
I believe, it can be used in a quest
if you cannot craft one, start map is a good place to ask around
or, post in the market on the forum viewtopic.php?f=12&t=3565
or, post on the facebook group
saying you would like to buy one

Mithril tools are going to be extremely popular now

Hobbs can be a little sadistic at times

The testing group talked me into reducing the requirements I originally had in the quests... So I was going to be even more sadistic.

Actually, to me it just seems to be the very reasonable request for the required tools looking toward a difficult task
