It confuses me how some players can be permantly mute. Known for improper language and promote improper behaviour but yet are rewarded special skins and others items in ft. Then to top it off you insert a drunk version of this player into the game. Does this mean we are heading for a mature audience? It does not seem fitting for a game of all ages.

Google Play uses 8 standard rating systems for apps.
Each rating system has it's own method, and applies to it's own part of the world.
If you look... out of all 8, there is only one that specifically mentions alcohol references in a standard rating, and that's the Brazil rating system.. that would make it for ages 10+. The ESRB used in North America will only use alcohol as a footnote (specifically a "content descriptor"), but it is not part of the core rating system, along with the other 6 rating systems used.

I would note, that drug use and gambling are mentioned in (almost) all of them; there were ideas mentioned of having a casino... well, that would increase the rating of the game.

So, I find your claim of going adult rated a tad over-zealous.

So you you only read the tite? Not any part of a perm mute player known to use improper behaviour? My point being you are rewarding behaviour not suitable for kids.

To answer these two questions: I read the entire post before I answered.

In your original post, you had two questions, that were posed, and I answered both of them.
The first being the title, and the second being this line:

Does this mean we are heading for a mature audience?

As for the rest of the comments, all I heard was a string of complaints, which I obviously chose to ignore. If you have serious issue with a GM decision, then you get the standard answer, which is to contact an admin with your concerns. Venting in off topic is likely to get ignored (as I just demonstrated) - so long as you stay within the rules (which you did, IMO). Good luck.

Im pretty sure FT rules state anyone known to break rules will not be rewarded a special skin.

I also remeber FT stating this game is played by people of all ages. Is showing young peopke drunks on a floor appropriate?

I also remeber that people who break rules will not be consider to work as part of the FT team. (This does not include testers being rewarded) ?

Anyways i know this will go nowhere and really dont care. I just find it funny we have to follow the rules why others dont get rewards.

Defensive? I got defensive of FT a little, yes, but that's it. The thing was, I honestly did not want to address the rest of your comments.
You asked a total of four questions in two posts, and I answered all four.
They were essentially two questions:
Is FT going adult only, or for a mature audience - to which I replied, "No, as it falls within the guidelines of the current game rating systems for the age group".
You also asked if I read your post, which I did.

But, you're bringing up a separate issue... that of another GM's actions, which again, you need to talk to an admin about.

Pretty sure? Perhaps, you should read them again some time. It does not say 100%, it says "Usually, it will be granted, but it can be denied, if the staff team has doubts"
EDIT I missed this line: Only players standing in good relationship with FT community are eligible. Well known troublemakers, as an example, will not receive special skins, no matter their level. which is likely the one you meant. Well, that depends on your definition of a troublemaker. Mutes are not much trouble, they're a fire and forget kinda thing.

Now this is something that is actually debatable. However, as I answered in my original reply, the actual ratings on Google Play would not be changed or affected (except maybe in Brazil). I can give you the link if you really can't find it yourself.

For a GM, no, they would probably not be considered. However, if you look at those that do help, many do not have squeaky clean records. This includes testers, translators, and even those who submit reports about bugs or other players. And yet, many of them have gotten rewards as well.

Now that is done, again, you have your choice.
If you have a serious issue, you can contact an admin.
Or, you can continue to vent about it to all you come in contact with (which honestly doesn't look good).
Or, you can actually drop it as you imply.
Whatever, as long as you don't break any rules, I don't care.
As for who gets a skin and who doesn't, I'm really getting tired of it, and again, I'm going to say publicly that I think ALL special skins should be removed, as they're no longer special. They've simply become something for players to fight over and point at others and say "that's not fair". Removing them all would be fair.

Well, I did not do the rewarding, so I'm not worried.
But, "bad players" is your opinion...
I'll tell you right now, there are far worse players running around without mutes - and many in permanent jail as well.
Again, mutes are not that big of a deal - we honestly don't even record them (hence why if you have a dispute, you need to appeal about it right away). Even the rules allow for a little cussing, if you read them

In a game where you have players stealing accounts, abusing bugs, making real life and adult threats, among other things that can wind you up in trouble, a little harsh language is really not a big deal. You get muted, then it's forgotten.

Now, if you know something else, besides the "bad language" thing, again, you're encouraged to contact an admin with your info. Players have been stripped of special skins before, and they will be again.

Your right he only is perma muted on mutiple accounts. Used to be afk every night down in blood mummies. Used shared accounts. Stolen players gear and clans, but now is just a muted drunk at spawn who spews his drunken rants to anyone who will listen. Hes not so bad rite? Deserves a spot in the game. Oh wait you gave him one as a drunk on the floor. Hope the kids learn something from that at least he is not the worse cheat huh?

Other than that, keep in mind, I did not design this content, so I did not add anything.
I honestly found the idea funny, and that it pointed to an example that "drinking is bad" if anything.
But, that's my opinion, and you have yours.

Now, your last comments are getting a little personal between you and him... again, I'm going to ask you to contact an admin, as it's becoming clear that you do have an issue. The mutes, sure, I've given him several. The rest... well, nothing I really know about for sure... but let's just call it quits now, as we're starting to get into rule territory. Forum rules and whatnot. Contact an admin include arguments with your proof, or drop it.
