there is an employ asked me to see his mother from ardesia shipping and harbor, can help if this is his mother? i am in a house on ashdown and she is not having a quest point. why? is there some steps to do before talking to her?
answer please.

There are two houses in ashdown for new quests
The house you are looking for is West of the house in your screenshot closer to the ocean
Also remember that you have to walk around to get her to spawn
