I would guess you're in jail because of your name, but you should send a pm to a GM and ask

Wow.... If your forum name is in anyway similar to the account that was jailed, that's why... 
Bad names are not tolerated and my guess is it's probably in perm jail... Try a more appropriate name next time (If this is the case)

I know the old quest pdf uses another term... we're trying to get away from that.
If you read how the ratings systems work (you can find the description on one of the Google Play faqs), it's rather strange how some things are allowed and some things are a huge no no.
Although, some would like this to be an adult-only game, that is not the intended direction for FT, so language rules will always be in place, as well as the mute system.
So, when I make judgements, I try to think of the ratings issued by Google Play, as well as the opinions of the team and community.
