Forgotten Tales

I started quest 18 and took the red bracelet.
There's no blue bracelet and after a while I lost it.
Now there's nothing in the chests...
What can I do?

One bracelet is in the chest (the red one I think) . The other is (eventually) dropped by the ogres. Keep killing them until you get it.
