I drop ring 125 for mage. But when i off and come game again, it disappeared. I tried again, all repeated.

When did this happen, and on what account? The GMs and Admins cannot help without that information.

however, I'm still waiting for confirmation on whether this item is officially released or not

if it isn't, this is supposed to happen
if it is, it's possible it could be replaced (which would be the instance where we'd require that info)

Just to clarify
At this time, the Ring of Mage's Disciple is not released yet
It is part of the coming content, which includes map 4.1
New drops are added to existing enemies, as well as coming enemies.
So if you kill a spectre wizard, you will not be able to keep this drop if you get it.
It will vanish from your inventory.

Note: although it shouldn't be possible, any who try to sell such a drop could result in punishment. At the very least, the gold will be taken from you and returned to the player who bought it. I don't think punishment would result in most cases, but some players always need to push things to the edge....
