On 4/6/18 around 5:40 to 5:45 am game time,,,my alt mage Belgarth was doing miners quest, in the tavern where kulgan is,, he did both miners there an got no xp from either one?

are you certain you finished both miners?

during testing, I thought the same thing happened to me, but really I just didn't have enough gold so I hadn't finished the miner

Maybe a dumb question, but would the 100m+ not be enough to make you level up, so it wouldn't be as noticeable. I'd assume with no that the quest isn't still in your book as well?

how much gold do you currently have?

this probably is a stupid remark. but your xp to the next lvl stays the same with each miner. instead you get a lvl and you notice it by the +2attributes you can distribute.
i like this since it keeps the quests interesting even for a lv 50k lol.

each miner needs 200m gold so if you try talk to him and dont have that you are not closing the quest and need come back with 200m before talking to the miner.

note that michael also takes gold so youl need around 2.5billion total before even opening the mine.

Now atm only have 170mil but before the 2 i t alked to i thought I had 570 mil

A level 150 and a level 10k will receive a level for each miner. It isn't a fixed amount of xp

I noticed this too while playing my mage and my sword, who are about 500 levels apart.
I think for one miner, I did not actually get a level up, but I was so close to a level up afterwards you may as well say I did.
Basically, you get the amount of xp that is considered to be a full level for your level.
I could be mistaken though. It was hard keeping track of all those level ups
