Forgotten Tales

I did yesterday with my mage the Arena quest and got a gold medal, and I got a 1500 normal wand. I did the same quest when my swordman was 1500 and I got a 1500+1 sword -.-

You did not read my post :v I did the same thing with my sword and got a +1 weapon so or the walkthrough is wrong or the quest has changed

I think the most relevant lines in the walkthrough are these:
If you have one medal (whatever the color), you get a level 1500 weapon of your class.
If you have a Silver and a Golden medal in your bag, you get a level 1500 +1 weapon of your class

In your post, you said you only had one medal

I honestly don't know - I've got a ways to go to do such a quest.
Perhaps you had two medals and did not realize it.
Perhaps you are correct, and the quest was changed at some point.

For quests I'm not familiar with, I can only go with the documentation I have access to.

If you talk to the NPC, and have no medals in your bag, you get no reward.
If you have one medal (whatever the color), you get a level 1500 weapon of your class.
If you have a Silver and a Golden medal in your bag, you get a level 1500 +1 weapon of your class

If I may venture a guess:

Looks like when you got the Sword+1 you had three medals one of each and a double of the one still showing in your bag.

For the wand there is no medal showing in your bag, which means you had one medal, not two. If you had had two of the same kind you would still have one medal in your bag.

Are you 100% sure you had two different medals?

If you have a medal in your bag you can't fight dragons again. I dropped all the silver medals , when got gold I talked to NPC with the medal
