How special skins work is described in Game Rules.

This part is very important:
These skins are granted for special support of our game.

Never forget: special skins are a privilege not a right.

Special skins are rewards GMs decide giving players, out of special circumstances (examples in game rules)

Exact conditions changed in time, and will probably change again and again in the future, while this is going to be constant: a player wearing a special skin earned a reward.

Special skins are a sort of "Good Player Medal".
When a player is no longer thought to be a Good Player, they cannot wear the medal anymore.

This could be due to serious rules violations, or to other circumstances resulting in a "status change".

Shared/traded accounts do not match the requirements for a special skin: it's a medal they don't deserve wearing.

During next days, on admins decision, special skins are going to be removed from known shared/traded accounts.

Yes, good news.

I haven't ever had a special skin or been qualified for a special skin under prior criteria, so everyone is free to assign whatever bias they like. Having said that, I think this is pretty readonable as "special" is, you know, the descriptor of the skin.

Well dead, couple months ago I was eager to reach 1500 became at that level you could request one, and get one now things have done changed and I don't even know anymore

Problem is that for months this 'Golden Medals' have been given just reaching 1500 or the next 500 steps , but just for .. let's say 'good behavior' for long time' but not always for a special contribution.
This have generated the feeling that just reaching a level was enough, and the assignement asking on post, sorry to say, increased this feeling that a special skin is a right not a prize.
I don t know if i ll get one with this new deal, but frankly speaking , i sleep every night as well
