Special skins

I want to know..can I get one soon when I'm 1500, y'all might say ask when you are 1500 but I wouldn't be able to the topic is locked for y'all reasons. I just want to know been waiting a while

If you could request special skins, yes, you would be told that you'd have to ask when you're level 1500.
But right now, special skins are suspended by admins. An official warning was posted on page 25 of the skin request thread, and then finally closed on page 26. Visible here

When will they be available? Don't know. I'm not even sure if admins have decided yet.
