Can I change my name or delete my old character?

I have a level 5 Knight named "Scottie" that I quit using because I loved archer. But now I want to create a new account with that name but as a Dark Dwarf. Can we delete characters?

You could PM a green named admin and request that the account be deleted. I wouldn't have thought it would be treated as a priority though.
Couldn't you create a character with a slight variation in the name? Scott1e for example.
