Just a thought.
What's your guess on how many players play FT on average, per day?
How many players/accounts do you guess there are, in total?

Just my curiosity getting the best of me...
Also, perhaps, if enough guess or show interest, maybe compbatant or an admin will tell us...


From observation (and common sense), there are more players on the weekend than during the week (although, Wednesdays seem to be busy, idk why)... also, around certain holidays...

So just "ballpark" figures are fine, if you fancy to guess. If you want to specify "at the busiest time of the week" or "at the slowest time of the week", or whatever, feel free. Just a fun game for us to play...

All of us

OK ...ummm on average 2500 to 3000 per day

Active - 40-50,000
total counting inactive 500k-1m

Eh, I just made this post as I'm curious what players think.
I'm really not positive myself - but I can say, I get a lot of messages on forum and facebook.
Plus I always see many players online when I walk around - only at certain times of the week/day do certain maps seem somewhat empty.
But even just sitting on start map, you'll see many players respawn, and always new players (whether they're actually new, or just a new alt, is debatable).

It just seems to me that the game is getting much busier - and I noticed, when we were doing artwork everyday around Halloween, it was crazy too - like the word spread.

Anyhow, I got to thinking about this, as I'm looking at playing with some new toys compbatant has given the GMs (perhaps you saw me playing with some already, on start map). I have several ideas so far, and I intend on making many more - it's just not the highest priority right now. But one thing that I do like to think I have in common with compbatant - when inspiration hits, my passion and obsession is unstoppable, and I'll crank out things similar to how he does.

I've actually been under the weather a little bit the last few days, so I've been taking it easy. Mind is a bit fuzzy, hard to focus. But I'm still thinking about several things I want to do... and compbatant has given me some really neat tools to use... so, soon, I'll be working on things similar to the Halloween stuff, and more

Now, the GM team has been rather busy with some more serious stuff as of late, including the fact that compbatant has been keeping us busy too, but I'm looking to try and get some more things like this stuff going.... Be patient, as it may not happen right away - but I'm hoping at least this coming Halloween will be better than the last

Ok, the truth is, the old accounts that get deleted - we feed them to GOLGREN

Weekday: maybe 1200 a day

Weekend: 3000 a day

Hmmmm, I'd say on average there's around 2,698 players active and there's 493,172 total accounts.

Daily players that login could be around 1.000
Weekends maybe 2.500

Total accounts? Hmm. Probably More than 1 million...
