Trees sometimes grow in bad places

Sometimes, a tree grows somewhere inconvenient, and can block a passage or bridge etc.
While this is only a minor inconvenience (longest it will take is to the next restart), it would be nice if this could be fixed eventually - though I doubt such a fix would be easy.
Thought I should still raise awareness about it.
