I would partially disagree with your above statement.

And read rules 1, 2, and 3 simply for this argument.
More rules apply for your jailing, but I'm simply pointing out what's publicly viewable.
The admin will likely get back to you eventually, but you'll need to be patient as you're not the only jailed account the admins are dealing with at the moment.
