Missing characters

I was off several months due to medical problems when I logged back in I had to reset password and 3 of my characters are missing targeted 210 archer oshota 97 ogre and majesto 92 mage. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Different email address maybe?

Or possibly worse, a typo in the email address...
I'm pretty sure "contact an admin" would be the thing to do.
