fish eating ogre

maybe a bug, but not 100% sure. after giving a fish to eat to the fish eating halfling ogre at new map i i think i got a new questionmark icon to talk to him. but after relogging he no longer has a question mark and i cant talk to him. tried bringing rate fish but nothing.

also i cant talk to the golden dragon npc) no question mark) c t the new dragon map . although others can.
nice maps kromelg btw
