Are you referring to the in-game shop selling pets like the bat and the troll?
If it is that one, it is simply working like that: in order to buy a pet there, you have to own no other pets.


If you are referring to pets purchasable from the game shop, please send me a PM with purchase details

Go back to "The Pet Shop" and buy another.

You now have two pet shop pets.
