Forgotten Tales

So, I finally have the "Repair the lighthouse" quest. I've made several attempts to reach the lighthouse - diagonal path from the map entry point, along the right side (past the hut) and across the top, and along the bottom and then moving up the left side. Each time, I can almost reach the lighthouse before the bees catch-up and I awaken at Start.

I'm a mage (over L625), and do use Slow Spell, but that only helps so much. Anyone have tips to help me reach and enter the lighthouse?

I would try and ask someone 2k+ to escort you. When you are in the lighthouse it gets worse!

511 dex, full ARM after that, and run like *****! That's all I can recommend if you don't have an escort. Btw, those bees kill just about every pet in the game, so unless you use low lvl shop pets as bait, I advise against bringing pets.

My pets are safely stored before any attempts!

hahahaha Run like the beesknees and carry a flame thrower!

I'll unequip my staff on next attempt. Maybe then I'll enter the lighthouse instead of turning around and firing a bolt at the oncoming flying death
