How to get to blitzbee island

I would like to know how u get to blitzbee island before level 75 with quest from captain, can u pay a boat captain somewhere?

In bottom middle of map 2,-3, there's the clan tunnel. Just follow corridor to the room above. Take the teleport (lands in clan tunnel to left of Blitzbee Island, find your way to correct stairs, then boatmaster will take you across) and avoid the worms!

Theres also a boat captain that will take you over for 1 wood plank from - 1,-3. Might have to do a pre req of quests first, not sure. Either way u have to get passed the bees on other side....
Edit - didnt realise this was RPG so i might be wrong.

Available. But looks like worms in offline version are more deadly. Be sure to save game before going through worms. Remember, you will have to get back — and that's harder.
