King quest with Martek

I believe I've done all prerequisite for king quest also lvl 50 but the guy in martek doesnt talk to me, anypne know what could be problem??
If its the lv50 quest to collect the 3 kings, u need to do the lv30 quest in 1,0 from the kings commander. If memory serves, he sends you to marteks afterwards.
Need to do the lv15? Quest at marteks to collect the siege thingies to unlock the 30 tho.
Edit - once again ive failed to notice this is tge offline game so i may be wrong again.
