I found the room with the chest containing the meditation hat. Of course, the chest is in the very center and balls spawn.

My question: for those who have retrieve the hat, is there a preferred route that spawns the fewest balls? Yes, I know Slow Spell is my best friend. But, that only helps if I can control the spawn.

If this is the room I'm thinking about:

I entered the room from the north, saw a chest in the centre of the room, and went straight for it, didn't even think about it.

Saw balls spawn ... OH OH!

Clicked on the chest in passing and kept on going south out the door.

Only then did I click on the hat to put it in my backpack.

After opening the chest, I ran around in there playing with the balls, even after max spawn... plenty of room to run around in there - no worries

Once I had just levelled, so what's to loose, right. I did the same and three times STA! Yes, lots of room ...
