Calm down. You are not the only one who has problems right now. If you have just bought a product or lost game progress as levels , I would like you to send your receipt and GPA code as received via the email and a detailed private message to "ONE" GM. And please don't spam GM's or Admins with your receipt, it only will make everything more confusing.

I also want to inform all players who give us false information about your purchase. That you can be punished if it turns out to be a lie.

I got that same message, "No such user!" along with a lot of others.
