Why am I now suddenly being banned?

I've used this handle for years with no issues. I finally started actually getting into the game and now I'm asked to start all over? I played my ass off for the past couple weeks. Can I just be able to change my name even though I see nothing wrong with it. Big Juggz can be assumed as anything. If not, then no problem. I will no longer play this and regret spending money on it. Thanks.

I'm not a GM, so don't confuse this as an official response; but it seems you purposefully created an account with a name that is, at best, a clear sexual innuendo, or at worst a blatant and crude reference - either way it is inappropriate for the "Everyone" rating of the game, and simply has to be disallowed.

I'm not a GM either but I have to agree with blitzcraig here.
TheBigJug would be different but this seems to fit the bill here ...

Any offensive, cursing, insulting, racist, sexist, sexual or any other form of offensive language to any group or individual, whether race or gender, nationality or religion, will be considered as chat abuse and the player will be punished. This also extends to offensive clan names or character names. External issues, like politics, celebrities, world events, and any other inflammatory subject can be punished as well. These issues do not belong in the medieval theme of the game. Spamming chat is also, not allowed. As said above, do not feed the trolls! If you start to swear back or if you provoked the other player, you will also get your penalty! Just report them to the gamemasters and they take care of the abusers.

It would have to be taken up with a GM or Administrator, pick ONE and send a PM.

yes I remember Fah. He was very difficult for the Gm's at 1st but the last time I saw him he was a changed man and actually apologize for all the mean and cruel things he said to me in the past. I was very shocked but I never gave up on him...maybe there is still hope for Jony (AKA Jaya Tci)one can dream right

Honestly the name was a little joke between my brother and I when I made the character. I thought it was innocent, but I can see how it can be inappropriate to players. I just ask if a GM would be kind to at least transfer the gold my brother gave me for my birthday? My birthday was June 14th. Im not here to be foul mouth or a complete a hole. Just concern that I am losing out on 18million gold that is all. I don't mind starting over. Thank you for your time. PM a GM here on the forums?

That way you can keep your 18m and play with your brother.
If not your brother can give your new account the 18m back and WHAT a bonus that would be for a lvl(0) character,

My brother doesn't have that to give me again unfortunately. All together it was 20 mill, but I spent a mill and a half. I hope that they at least do this transfer of my gold for me since the ban was such a minor infraction. I would really appreciate it.
