What if you lose a high level item?...

Most high level items can only be gotten from quests...what if you lose them in PvP? Can you get them again somehow without buying them?

Level 2k, I saw a archer die to White Arch...he cam back without his 2k bracelet

Well for 2k gear ways of getting it without buying it are you can get it by pvp drops then at 2k there is a daily quest you can do for a very small chance of getting a random piece and finally some mobs drop some pieces at a very small chance aswell
