somewhere in the map is man and horse you can pay him if you want to travel differend places. Sorry for my bed english

Have you noticed the stables and different monsters all around the game map? Now I wonder...

I can't get in the stable, it says:
.... I see horses, spiders, bats and such all over the place with a (?), that say such things as,
Is it a web of desire?
Or a web of confusion?
Maybe, a web of gossip! That's it, must be.
Because no one seems qualified.
For I have seen none riding a spider, as I walk around FT.
