and 20 magic planks
and 20 mithrill ingot
and 300m
but nothing

I no getting lvl and nothing Cheng for me why

There is your level. The "supervisor" can be found just outside the mine.

Next, find his boss (=supervisor) in the office near the miner's barracks.
Before you meet the boss, there are a few quest you have to do.
