Worm kill counter doesn't increase

I have this daily quest to kill 500 worms. But no matter how many i kill the counter doesn't increase. It stays at 0.
I hit 1500 lvl recently and did the arena quest where i had to kill worms. after i finished arena quest, the worm counter of the Daily quest was set to 0 and doesn't increase no matter how many worms i kill.

Same thing has happened to me with the 2 same quests only difference is that instead of worms it was southern mushymen and that the counter for the arena quest doesn't increase but the daily mercenary quest did therefore i was able to complete the mercenary quest and hand it in

you'd be surprised how often people forget such things lol... it's a good reminder
at any rate - do you have any other quests currently activated to kill a certain number of monsters?

nop i am not using any pets to kill worms. btw no pet at 1500 lvl is good enough to grind worms lol.
@blitzcraig i don't have any other quests to kill a certain number of mobs.
only this one to kill 500 worms.the counter of worms was at 40. then i took the arena quest where i had to kill 5 worms. after i completed the arena quest the counter of mercenary quests was set to 0(from 40) .and no matter how many worms i kill it stays at 0 only.
any GM pls help

same happens to me, reported since Aug.1...still no one attends my report!
yes, i also dont use pets in killing those mobs

Did you have a quest to kill the snow dragons, then get it from mercenary guild also ernie? ..... maybe closing in on the problem here finally lol

I know this may sound daft but is it worth trying killing worms in a different map location? It shouldn't make any difference whatsoever but you never know.

Hey ! All daily quests must be done WITHOUT pets !
Only kill by urself will count the kil !
