Gave him first day 1 fish and the next day gave gim 20 rare fishes, but i got nothing.. Why?

Hello..
The reward is the following :
give him 20 rare fishes and you will get 128M Xp.
Do that every day and you got 128M XP every day !
Thats what i remembered....

It isn't a set amount of xp, but a percentage of a level worth of xp that you should get. Humble_M linked to ardesia's post with the exact numbers.
If someone gave any number of fish one day and gave 20 fish the next day they should be getting xp though. I haven't done that for awhile though, so I can't speak of any issues personally.
