Forgotten Tales

Dear gm i am in need of ur help i had faced a problem called unfortunately forgotten tales has stop and game crash it started to happen since from last 3 months back but it crash just 1 to 2 time a week later the game crashing problem started to increase like 5 to 6 times a week and day by day it increase more. And yestarday i had a mage 500 amulet and 200 mage boots in my bag my game got crash saying unfortunately forgotten tales has stopped and i tried to relog like 5 to 6 times but it conTinue to crash and finally i restard my device and able to login and when i open my bag my 500 amulet and 200 boots are missing.....? Plz.... help. And today after game crash again i cant login if i login it just remain black screen. And if i touch that black screen it says unfortunately forgotten tales has stop.
So my 2 problems are......
1. Game crash and lost my gears.... plz help me get it back i hardly bought them.
2. Game crash and remain black screen when i login.
Plz.... help me gm... after all my hardwork and spending lots of real money i cant afford to loose my account plz.....requesting ur help plz.... my character name is sumit 869 mage i play on galaxy tab a8 and remain black screen.. thankyou.....

The game crash thing sounds like a device issue - it's something specific about your phone/tablet.
If your phone is old, or really slow, this could be a contribution to it. My phone does it on rare occasion too - but my phone is very poor and it's usually caused by something else in the background (usually, google play). As FT grows, the demands on devices has been growing as well, so if you have an old device you may wish to consider upgrading soon.
As for the black screen, there are a few possibilities. You will get simply a black screen if you try to log in and you're already logged in. For example, if you logout during pvp or under mob attack, and try to log back in within 11 seconds or so... or if someone else is logged on to your account. This could also happen sometimes if there's a poor internet connection.
As for your missing items out of your pack - there is no possible way that a client side crash can cause that in the mmo.
Either you're lying, or there's more to the story that is not listed here.
Only a check of the logs by the GM team could know for sure - and it may be more complicated than that if they want to look into it in great detail.

You've included your account name, that's good, but it would be best if you offer (approximate) times that these incidents occurred, preferably in FT time (use /time).

I am not lying the truth i mentioned in my last post. i suffer a lot for 6 months finally in spawn map i talked to gm akkilies about this issue and he asked me to post in foum. All i did is after seeking gm permission. U r trying to make me criminal rather than trying to help me. What do u mean by i dint mention and has more story thats is not listed here? Oh i get it u mean like i am sharing account dealing with criminal activies etc right? Well if u fell like that go check game server u will find i am clean. Well u r not game developer either nor gm. I say stay away if u dont know anything rather than trying to make me bad person, there are gms to look after my issue. And my device is new device just been 6 months after i bought, i am using 4g network using rounter i get internet speed of 2mb/s, seriously i too know that thing been 2 years by now completed my engineering graduation electronics now doing M.tech in electronics. So u dont need to be my colege professor and teach me about network and electronics parts, u r thinking me i am dumb. U stay away mad magus if u know nothing and gm are here to deal with my case, a person like u simply ruin others day, i am here seeking for help from gm and u interfear trying to make me some criminal. That is quite a bit of focus on three words in MadMagus' response without any on the suggestion to provide additional details to help look into the issue.

I'd follow the advice mad magus gives first of all to ensure the problem isn't with your device. Then log it with full details

I had the same message when trying to enter a particular cave (see link below). As you will see, comp fixed the problem on the occasion but his intervention is not always required.

The real problem here is lack of information.

Now let's look at the 2nd first. "Game crash and remain black screen when I login"
It was my estimate, that this "can not log in" only lasted for about.... 11 seconds or so. That's normal.
Are you able to log in at all? Or is your account entirely broken? I think I've seen your account around, so perhaps it's not broken.

Now, the first. "Game crash and I lost my gears".
As stated above, that should be impossible. You were asked for a timestamp, over a month ago, and did not provide it.
After this much time, it's quite likely that the logs may not exist anymore (I'm not certain). But even if they did, could you provide an accurate timestamp now?
Why didn't you answer a month ago?
By this point, I'd say it's quite likely your gears are lost.

As for the game crashes themselves - it is indeed something to do with your end - either it's your device or your connection.
If it wasn't, there would be literally hundreds of reports.
Try making sure you have all background apps closed; check your connections and make sure they're good. Clear cache of the device and app, clear data of the app, restart your device. You could even go as far as reinstalling FT - make sure you get the official download from Google Play and not another site.
If it's still happening, file an official bug report in the bugs forum (follow the given form to fill out), and make sure you include your device specs - because if it's that, only the programmer could fix it possibly, if it could be fixed. It could simply be that you have one of those devices that isn't compatible.

Thing is that none other gm looked into my issue and i even talk to gm akkilies but he was not taking serious in my case i talk to him at spawn map right after i post on foum, as gm are ot taking much seriously in my case i dint expected to get further more help from gm so i just stopped seeking for help. Its u mike the first gm to look into my issue. U r good person u always help the needy thats why u look into my case . Thanks again. I know u r right its now impossible to solve my case cuz its been like 5 months all those 5 moths i was waiting if any gm will reply me but none gm looked into my case, now its ok i am atleast happy that u read my foum and will help game to be more good in future. U r the best gm of all.
