Where can I take a dog?
I see a man with dog on map -1;1 (map with Bank), I click on it but i cant buy a dog.

Are you level 40? <<-- that is a MUST!

If you have 2 pets you cannot buy a dog. It's a pet.

If you have no pets and buy the dog you cannot buy a pet in the Pet Shop

Works this way:
- buy a Pet Shop pet first, then
- buy the dog
