Hungry ogre hiding?

Maybe I'm having a memory lapse so help me out. I sent my swordsman looking for the hungry ogre in where I thought he would be in swamp dungeon. Twice wandered through covering all I'm pretty sure making three rounds each time in all the rooms. Is the ogre hiding or sleeping... or am I looking in the wrong spots.

The swamp dungeon - if you mean the area with the green floors, you're in the wrong cave.
The ladder you're looking for is to the east of the farm area. There's also an entrance from the island fortress.

If you picked up any unwanted swamp meat while looking though I'd gladly take it off your hands!

I'm sorry to say guys, but the meat cannot be traded.
Taken from items.list

620 594 TROPHY Swamp Meat LEVEL:300 NON_TRADABLE:1 NON_FISHABLE:1
621 596 TROPHY Swamp Hide LEVEL:300 NON_FISHABLE:1
622 595 TROPHY Grilled Swamp Meat LEVEL:300 NON_TRADABLE:1 NON_FISHABLE:1

I tried the other day with raw swamp meat and can confirm it cannot be traded.

Meat out of the freezer, leave it on the counter for a few days ...should make a good replica "swamp meat"

And, man, I'd give it away!

I'll convince the blacksmith to go on a diet and that three pieces is perfectly fine for a serving...

Oh well, these quests have a tendency to get themselves taken care of eventually. Thanks for the offer though Leone!
