On Oct 22, for the offline version of FT I purchased the 100K extra gold for $1.49. It has yet to show up for me. Was this supposed to be only for the online MMO version of FT or something?

You need to send a private message to compbatant, the game creator. Provide him with a screenshot of your purchase receipt and let him resolve the issue. Make sure to tell compbatant that it is for the offline game as most questions are about the online game.

Make sure not to post any purchase code in the public forum.

You posted the same thing in multiple sections. Spamming the forum won't get you a house faster. You did request the house in the correct section once though, but as someone mentioned it should be below the river.

I talk with the king at the port near the bank.
But just going to map 0.1 is desapereat.
Now i try to find him again near the port but he come not.
Can you maybe restart this quest?

At the moment who talk to him i had my 2 pets.

Try talking to the other three kings and see if the quest works
Are you completely sure that you haven't already escorted thst king?

Hi.
After this message found the other 2 kings in Ashdown port and in the Silverhood city.
I escorted them to the commander.
Now i staying at the port near the bank over 30 minutes and waiting, waiting, fishing, waiting, mining, waitining... until see the 3rd king.
