If so, the bank town king will not appear if you wait around for half an hour. Leave the map for a few minutes and return, or log out of the game and return. He should then spawn.

Hello I have contacted GM_Inbox but I am also posting here in hopes it will be seen faster. I gathered up all of the materials to craft lvl 100 ballista but I had two pets, so I let one go and immediately crafted the ballista but it never appeared.
I am enola, lvl 100 swordsman

You must be level 100 and in a clan to craft ballista or siege

I've tried reporting players via gm inbox to no avail. So I'll try here. This player in screen shot tried to take over my spot and join without even asking. I gave multiple opportunities to leave and they never did.

If you read the first post of this thread, you will see that GM Inbox is not used any more. This has been the case for a long time.
