wat is the highest level of gloves that an archer can wear before they reach level 2k

Can archers wear those?
Anywho, I think I do have a spare pair of the 400 ones....

"Gloves of Souls(500)" drops=Ghoul(1.0%) Pharaoh(0.5%) quests=1977
I haven't found the quest, so no clue what's involved.

quest 1977
in the underground village, there's a series of quests, that differ depending on how you choose to go about them
the gloves are a reward if you choose the less than honourable route
...luckily for me, one who chose that route liked the gold I offered more than the gloves

not choosing the gloves allows u to teleport back to marteks
very handy
