I like the idea of pvp-protection gear, or any non-purchase item that would give such protection, but I don't think it's a good idea. Gear that can be equipped and removed would render the purchase itself irrelevant, which costs FT income. Also, there are players that will find ways to abuse it, much like they do shop-camping and clan dropping in pvp.
A wonderful thought, but I don't think it's practical as gear. A consumable with a short timespan would be better in my opinion. Also, use of it would not be possible while clanned, and would prevent joining a clan for the duration of the effect.

I doubt (just my thoughts here) that compbatant would allow a "reusable" bracelet like this, after all he sells PvP Protection.

But a one time use, meaning removing your current bracelet for the time used, and once off - gone, makes it more attractive I would think.

Along these lines, I've often wondered what the point is for the various colored "mixtures" in the game. Sure, you have to grab a few for various quests, but they aren't good for much more than that from what I've seen. Aren't these supposed to be used in crafting or something?
