Hello! I have a problem with my pet. When I tried to get a higher level, I accidentally delete the pet. I think that it should be 1 minute to withdraw your decision because you can lose some of your money. Because of such a stupid mistake I can not get a higher level.

I feel your pain.... I did the same thing dancing around to get a good spawn hit remove button by mistake and because moving quickly hit yes too by accident. Suddenly pet lying down and I scream "nooooooo" but too late. I was warned do you want to remove pet? So it is my fault but it happened so fast but I don't know how it can be fixed. Has this been addressed before? The simple answer is pay attention but sometimes things get out of control.

I would venture a guess that this has been discussed before.

I do know that there was a discussion similar to this about selling items. Someone mentioned that a rare item was sold on accident and brought up the suggestion of safeguards on selling. As it is, selling is already a two-click process to select the item and then accept the sale, so the staff commentary was along the lines of players needing to watch what they do. That would be somewhat along these lines I would think.

Unfortunately there's nothing a GM can do to help you in this situation. I understand accidents happen and I myself have done this very same mistake while attempting to command my pet to stop at the time my device was lagging so I tapped to move but where I tapped is exactly where the check mark suddenly popped up to conferm removing the pet. It was frustrating but I had to accept that purchased pets are 100% the players responsibility not the GMs or any other player.

But I'm sorry nothing can be done here. Selling a pet is already a 2 tap method even in traiding now. It's our responsibility and if we make a mistake nobody but ourselves is responsible.

i think the problem in game is that we cant click exactly.

per example park pets noth close to another...it will not work.
and than we get the problem of kicking pet sometimes.

so b careful....

not park pets very close together.
that will help sometimes..

if u have bought pets for realmoney and u loose them by mistake,
you will not get money back...

so please b careful with ur pets.


same by walking around...

example :

you running with ur pets, and will go to another map,
at the border of map sometimes pets staying in ur walk, and if u click to fast,
u click not the map, uclick ur pet, and pet can be lost is u not b careful !

take a look at ur pets !
click not too fast !

u can loose pets, drops, gold or realMoney

At that time I hated the joystick. Turned it on and off a few times until finally I noticed it was on all the time and I was using it 95% of the time.

It's is a MUST for precision placement of pets before calling a spawn!

Bad habits are hard to break. Great suggestions..

Also don't forget that you can use the chat command /wait to make all your pets wait.

Then carefully unfreeze one pet by tapping on the pet's wait icon, move carefully (maybe use joystick ) to position it, Carefully freeze it again, repeat for second pet.

Take your time

Then (and only then) start spawning.

Thats what I wanted to talk.

The joystick is allways on with pets.
U can create a better spawn with joystick too.

Remove pet option should be removed from the icon over the pets.

Instead the remove pet option should be inside the BACKPACK. ( just like RPG) so that if u want to remove pets go inside the BACKPACK and click remove.
