It may take a little time for a purchase to appear in your backpack. You may want to make sure you have your purchase conformation in case you need to contact compbatant, but if you just made the purchase I'd say just wait for a bit.

Hi (^.^) , Usually is a google delay , wait atleast 24hr then contact the staff or compbatant get your purchase confirmation ready we are going to need it .
Make sure you have enough space on your bag pack , if you have full bags the item or items you bought won't show up .
