It's been a while since I worked on the "Free the Prisoner" quest...

I've already completed both jade statues and I have the ruby amulet. however, I don't recall how to get through the locked door! Blinking mages drop Blue Key 1, which isn't what I need. The brother on 1st floor doesn't have a talk bubble, so he's not involved

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I know the quest line isn't complete, but I'm not sure where it stops either.

Are you carrying the Prisoners Key?

Did you place the items on the two altars?

What does the quest book say? There may be a picture that gives a clue.

The guy with the key I recall is in the center rooms on one floor. Don't remember what he wants but gives the key..

Ryaca - yes, I already placed the items on the altars, then spoke with the prisoner.

Leone - I got the quest book item to "give ruby pendant to prisoner". so, after finally crafting the pendant, I can't get back thru the door because it's locked.

Gullander - only one NPC spawned on the 1st floor, but I've spoken with him and there's no talk bubble. I'll check the 2nd floor...

NPC on main floor wants two level 200 wands and gives the prison key. That's after checking out the top floor altars and locked door. If you've made it to the prisoner in the first place I believe you are done with the npc on the main floor and the altars.

I think LK has it that you might not have the right key. You probably have a dozen or so keys, so I'd double check that you have the "prison key" and not something else.
