I find city but i don't know where is key

The lost city under Ashdown is not completed right now, and neither is the Satan's heart quest. Nothing you need to do with those.

I'm not sure about keeping the scroll to defeat Sebastius, but I don't think that quest is finished. I'd just keep that scroll safe for now!

As SellSword indicated in part.

All 3 of those quests are "Future Content" and not compete. Everyone that does quests and reach a certain level, have those in theie book.
