How i help for make new map for lowes lvl? Im Crystal ma 133lvl. 
You can use the link below to set up the map editor on a computer if you'd like. It's not connected to the playable game, so not like your character will just run around.

If you want to work on a map with your phone you can stand on the spawn map and use the /createmymap command. You'll get a confirmation message and then /gotomymap let's you enter/exit that development map.
