Por que: (Todas as solicitações de aliança que me enviaram estão em PT menos essa em questão, Clan ABS, jogador KPAKABA_1)

Yes this is not a bug it is a feature that needs to be adjusted.
Clan invitation are sent in the language of the clan member. For example if the leader of clan speaks Spanish and he sends you a clan invitation it will be written in Spanish, if a member of the clan speaks Portuguese the clan invitation will be written in Portuguese.

If you don't understand that language you should not accept the invitation. This also is for alliance request.
It should be adjusted to the language of the players language with a notice of the clan leaders language at the end of the invitation such as this.

Player El Sword wants to invite you to clan MASK (Spanish)

I will request this being adjusted soon.
